Whether it’s private showings, a broker’s open or a public open house, I will work with you to create a plan that maximizes exposure while respecting your schedule and preferences.

A broker’s open is an exclusive event for real estate agents, giving them a chance to preview your home and match it with their buyers. This is especially effective for high-end or unique properties where targeted exposure is key.

Open houses can be a great way to generate buzz, especially for homes in high-demand areas. They allow multiple buyers to tour the home at once, creating a sense of urgency and competition.

Making your home accessible is crucial, and at the same time, showings can be disruptive. I’ll create a plan that balances buyer access with your lifestyle, whether through appointment-only showings, set viewing windows, advance notice for preparation, or vacant home showings for maximum flexibility.

To attract serious interest—leading to the right offer at the right time, I’ll coordinate all appointments, gather buyer feedback, and adjust as needed.

    The Offer Process

    When an offer comes in, I will carefully review it with you to ensure it aligns with your goals. We’ll assess the offer price, deposit amount, requested inclusions, contingencies (such as inspections or financing), and proposed closing dates. Beyond price, we’ll evaluate the entire offer, including factors that could affect the likelihood of a smooth closing.
    You can respond in one of three ways:

    • Accept the offer as written, making it a legally binding contract.
    • Counteroffer by adjusting terms such as price, contingencies, or closing dates.
    • Reject the offer if it does not meet your needs.

    If multiple offers are received, I will provide a side-by-side comparison, weighing price and terms that may impact your bottom line, timeline, and overall risk. My goal is to help you make an informed decision that maximizes value while minimizing potential obstacles.

    Time is often a critical factor in negotiations, and I will ensure you have all the information needed to make confident, timely decisions. From initial offer to final acceptance, I will guide you through each step, keeping your best interests at the forefront.

    Closing the Deal

    Closing day marks the official transfer of ownership, and I’ll be there to ensure everything goes smoothly. Before closing, the escrow company will finalize paperwork, settle financial obligations like mortgage payoffs, and prepare closing statements. I will coordinate with all parties to keep the process on track.

    On closing day, the escrow company receives funds, completes final payments, and wires your proceeds. Once everything is complete, I’ll arrange for the key handoff and ensure a seamless transition.

    My goal is to make closing as simple and stress-free as possible so you can confidently move forward.
